2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date
  • The refund request must be submitted via email to our support team
  • This must be your first purchase of the course

We do not require you to provide a reason for your refund request, though feedback is always appreciated to help us improve.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your name
  • The email address used for purchase
  • Date of purchase
  • Order number or receipt (if available, but not required)

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request:

  • We will acknowledge your request within 1-2 business days
  • Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

5. After a Refund

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your access to the course content will be revoked
  • You will no longer have access to any downloadable materials
  • You may repurchase the course in the future at the then-current price, but subsequent purchases are not eligible for the money-back guarantee

6. Accessibility Program

If you are facing genuine financial hardship and cannot afford the standard price, please email us at mo@cuttothecase.com before purchasing. We offer access for as little as $1 for those who need it. Please note that purchases made through the Accessibility Program are not eligible for refunds.

7. Chargebacks

We kindly request that you contact us directly for refunds rather than initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur significant fees and administrative burden. We promise to handle all legitimate refund requests promptly and fairly.

If you've already initiated a chargeback, please email us so we can work together to resolve the issue.

8. Exceptions

In rare cases, we may deny a refund request if:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • This is not your first purchase of the course (repeat purchases after a refund are not eligible)
  • There is evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., completing the entire course and downloading all materials before requesting a refund)
