By accessing or using the Cut to the Case website (cuttothecase.com) and purchasing our consulting interview preparation course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Cut to the Case provides an online educational course designed to help individuals prepare for management consulting interviews at firms including McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and Bain & Company ("MBB"). Our service includes:

- The CaseMap™ Methodology training
- Downloadable templates and resources
- Lifetime access to purchased content
3. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. The current price for our course is $69 USD as a one-time payment. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all our transactions. This means Paddle handles payment processing, tax compliance, and invoicing on our behalf.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Cut to the Case platform, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and the CaseMap™ methodology, is the property of Cut to the Case and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

- Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from our content
- Use our content for commercial purposes
- Share your account credentials with others
- Record, download, or redistribute video content

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

While our course is designed to help you prepare for consulting interviews, we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes, including job offers or interview success. Results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your effort, background, and the hiring decisions of individual firms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cut to the Case shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
